Drawing with Google Earth and a GPS

July 3, 2005

Google has just recently released Google Earth, a tool that allows you access to their mapping and satellite imagary database. That's pretty cool (it's amazing to have a picture of virtually the whole globe right there in front of you!). However, for an extra $20 subscription to the plus version you get the ability to hook up your GPS to it.

Here's a cool video (Quicktime) showing GPS drawing in action using Google Earth.

Very cool!
