L2C GPS signal information

I've just come across a good article on GPS Review about the L2C GPS signal - the newer, stronger GPS signal that should improve GPS reception around tall building, under trees and in valleys and canyon. An added side-effect of L2C will be that it will pave the way for lower power drain GPS receivers.
Don't go looking for L2C GPS receivers just yet though - they are a good few years down the line.
